Wholly-owned by Penta Group, an independent publishing company based in Milan, Italy, the TopLegal platform provides news and in-depth analysis of the Italian and European legal markets through print and online media.
Launched in 2004, TopLegal magazine is the first Italian legal market monthly that targets lawyers in corporate commercial practices and their clients, as well as members of the wider corporate and investment community. TopLegal publishes a range of news and features, and is available by subscription and at specialist booksellers all over Italy.
The TopLegal news team works closely with the TopLegal Research Centre also based in Milan and launched in 2006. The Centre contains a dedicated research team to produce bi-lingual surveys and in-depth analysis for law firms and clients seeking reliable strategic data on the Italian legal market. The findings are regularly published in the print and online editions of TopLegal.
Penta Group set up its online service, TopLegal.it, in 2006 to offer breaking news and updates on the Italian legal market. TopLegalinternational.com launched in 2007, draws on the experience of TopLegal.it to report on major domestic and cross-border deals, as well as developments affecting large and mid-sized commercial practices across Europe. Both sites offer a full-searchable archive of stories and analysis at no cost to users.
